Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, and is offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, permitting operation between 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
