Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch with NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves to actuate. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
