Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC, and they are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
