Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12 VDC up through 220 VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions are available in configurations of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure required to actuate monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR and allow the valves to operate between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
