Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8 inch ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4 inch ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2 inch ports. All valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals, made of durable NBR, enable operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
