Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are compatible with all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are available in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 type offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8 inch ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4 inch ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2 inch ports. All valves operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, allowing for operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F, while the body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
