Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and are included in convenient combo packages that consist of the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI baseline pressure for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
