Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these valves are available in packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 configuration offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to operate in a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
