Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for various pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are provided in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing for operation in temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
