Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector and is available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC. The valves feature actions such as 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, accommodating flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. These valves can operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
