Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, achieving flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR material, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool consists of chemical nickel-plated steel.
