Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a precise control solution for various pneumatic applications, packaged conveniently to include the valve, solenoid, and connector, available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. The series includes actions of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes feature options of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates reaching 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Constructed with durable NBR seals, these valves function effectively within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F, and their bodies are made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
