Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC, and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The valves come with actions available in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inches with NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are specified at 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves to actuate. The seals are constructed of durable NBR, enabling operations between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel-plated steel.
