Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a reliable control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in a range of common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are provided in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 configuration offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. These valves can operate under a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are composed of durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is fabricated from chemical nickel plated steel.
