Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these valves are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8-inch ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4-inch ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2-inch ports. All valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure required to actuate monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR and allow the valves to operate between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is comprised of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
