Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. They are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, with a baseline pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to operate between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is comprised of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
