Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12 VDC up through 220 VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals allow the valves to function effectively within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
