Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are provided in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4". All valves operate within a vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
