Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to operate within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
