Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, and the flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing the valves to function between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel plated steel.
