Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC, and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, and the flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals allow operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
