AIGNEP USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a robust control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations, compatible with a wide range of voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC. The valves come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves function effectively up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Constructed with durable NBR seals, these valves can operate within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed of chemical nickel plated steel.
