Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. They are available in common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
