Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages ranging from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are rated for operation up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valve actuation. The seals are constructed of durable NBR, allowing the valves to operate within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel-plated steel.
