Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, with voltage options ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, supporting flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body features anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
