Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic applications, compatible with pneumatic cylinders and components. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and are provided in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate under a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR material, allowing for operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
