Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are offered in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. These valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuation of monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR and allow for operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body consists of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
