Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI; bistable valves require a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI, while monostable valves require 29 PSI to actuate. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is composed of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
