Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations, accommodating all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. These external pilot valves are available in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in both 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, featuring flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate within a working pressure range from vacuum to 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals, made from durable NBR, enable operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
