Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC up to 220VAC. The convenient combo packages include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes come in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, providing flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from a vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pilot pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, enabling operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
