Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, making it a convenient combo package. Available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC, the valves offer actions in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with closed, pressure, and open center options for the 5/3 variant. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate under a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, with a baseline pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are crafted from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
