Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter featuring closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is composed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is chemically nickel-plated steel.
