Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up through 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. They are equipped with durable NBR seals that allow operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed of chemical nickel plated steel.
