Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 action available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All models operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing for operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
