Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR material, allowing the valves to function effectively between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel-plated steel.
