Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, supporting flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI required for actuating monostable valves. The durable NBR seals enable operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
