Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions for these valves are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves can operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuating monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
