Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 configuration provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 NPT and 1/4 NPT or BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
