Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is comprised of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
