Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a robust control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all standard voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC, and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with options for closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes feature 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, while the flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are capable of operating at up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuating monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, with a spool crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
