Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure required to actuate monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR and allow operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made from chemical nickel-plated steel.
