Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are compatible with all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with options for closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are provided in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, enabling operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
