Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI baseline pressure for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body consists of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
