Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC, these valves are included in convenient combo packages that consist of the valve, solenoid, and connector. The valves feature action options of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, providing flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals, made of durable NBR, enable operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
