Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a reliable control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with options for closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, supporting flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. The valves operate effectively from vacuum to a working pressure of 145 PSI, with a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing for operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum with a spool crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
