Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, while the flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
