Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The series offers actions of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves are designed to operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals, made of durable NBR, enable operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body of the valves is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
