Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are provided in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pilot pressure required for monostable valves. Durable NBR seals allow operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool consists of chemical nickel plated steel.
