Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The valve actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are provided in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to function within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
