Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are packaged in convenient combos that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for the 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for the 1/4" ports. All valves are designed to operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals enable the valves to function effectively between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel, ensuring robustness and longevity.
